1. General information
Internal rules of the recreation complex “Dzerkaļi”.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by ZENIT Ltd, a limited liability company (“Company”) operating under the brand name “Dzerkaļi”. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Closure conditions
Before moving in, you must sign a rental contract with a proof of identity (passport, driving licence or ID card) with your name, surname, ID number and photo. A client registration form must be completed.
3. Payment terms
The full amount of the accommodation service must be paid before check-in.
4. Customer’s responsibility for guests
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that guests invited by him or participants in his event comply with the rules of internal order. The Client shall be held responsible for the actions of such persons and their consequences.
5. Transfer of the cottage at the end of the rental period
At the end of the rental contract, guests of the Dzerkaļi holiday complex are obliged to invite the administrator to take over the camping cabin, hand over the cabin keys and the rented equipment.
6. Maximum number of guests
The number of guests in the house cannot exceed the number indicated on the registration form. If the number of guests exceeds the number indicated, you must first contact the administration and indicate the number of additional guests on the registration form (an extra charge will apply).
7. Total number of guests in the complex
When booking all the houses in the complex, the number of guests per night in the complex cannot exceed the number of beds available in the houses.
8. Preserving the material base
Guests of the Dzerkaļi recreation complex are obliged to respect the material base of the campsite. The person responsible shall be fully liable for material damage. The property of the recreation complex must be used with care, and the generally accepted rules of courtesy and ethics must be observed. It is forbidden to carry out actions that may endanger the safety and health of the client, invited guests or other persons staying at the holiday complex, as well as material values or the environment.
9. Observing the peace at night
Guests are responsible for their own peace and quiet after 23:00.
10. Not disturbing the rest of other guests
It is forbidden to disturb in any way the rest of other guests of the recreation complex “Dzerkaļi”.
11. Parking
The vehicle must be parked in its designated place (the permit issued by the administrator must be placed in the car under the windscreen so that it is clearly visible).
12. Vehicle movements
Drive on the site at a maximum speed of 20km/h. It is strictly forbidden to drive vehicles on the lawns of the recreation complex.
13. Prohibition of vehicle washing
Vehicle washing is prohibited in the recreation complex.
14. Use of audio equipment
Audio equipment must not be installed outdoors. If it is necessary to install audio equipment or other sound systems outdoors, this must be agreed in advance with the complex management.
15. Restrictions on the use of pyrotechnic articles
The use of pyrotechnics is only allowed with the permission of the complex management.
16. Prohibition of sky lanterns
It is strictly forbidden to launch air lanterns on the base area!
17. Waste disposal
Waste can only be disposed of in the containers provided.
18. Storage of forgotten property
The holiday complex stores guests’ forgotten belongings for one year.
19. Smoking restrictions
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the beach and in the children’s playground. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of EUR 50.
20. Force majeure
The Dzerkaļi Recreation Complex shall not be liable for any failure to perform the Contract in whole or in part (as well as for any deterioration in the quality of the services provided) if such failure is the result of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (or their consequences), the operation of which began after the Contract was concluded and which could not have been foreseen, prevented or influenced in advance and for the occurrence of which the Recreation Complex shall not be liable.
21. Limitation of complex liability
- The recreation complex “Dzerkaļi” shall not be liable for damages, losses, accidents and other injuries resulting from the Customer’s negligence, lack of due care, carelessness or failure to comply with these Regulations, including failure to comply with the instructions of the service staff.
- The recreation complex “Dzerkaļi” shall not be liable for damages, losses incurred by the Client, if the damages, losses are caused by the actions of third parties or other circumstances for which the recreation complex is not responsible.
22. Indemnification
In the event of damage to the complex, the client is obliged to compensate for the damage in accordance with the invoice issued by Dzerkaļi Holiday Complex.
23. Compliance with fire safety requirements
- The client is responsible for compliance with fire safety requirements. Fires, barbecues and candles are only allowed in designated areas and with the prior permission of the Leisure Centre staff. Fireplaces and saunas are also lit by the leisure centre staff.
- The use of open flames, including candles, is strictly prohibited inside the buildings of the complex. Bengal candles are prohibited.
24. Impact of natural conditions
The client must take into account that the complex is located in the open air, so the well-being of visitors to the complex may be affected by insects and animals that move freely in nature. The Holiday Home is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by natural conditions.
25. Safety near water bodies
Persons bathing in bodies of water are responsible for their own safety and health and that of their children. It is forbidden to go into the water under the influence of alcohol (including drugs and other substances). The complex does not provide rescue or first aid services.
26. Prohibition of pets
Pets are not allowed in the complex!!!
If the Client does not comply with the internal rules of the Dzerkaļi Holiday Complex, the administrator has the right to terminate the rental contract, as well as to evict a specific person or company from the Dzerkaļi Holiday Complex without refund.
